Free classes
9am-10am: Storybook Dance Class ages 2-6
- Bring your favorite stories to life with dance! With carefully curated curriculum, young dancers use movement to explore stories and simultaneously learn foundational dance technique.
10am-11am: Stretch: Extensions ages 7-97
- Work with the body to get higher and stronger extensions.
- Also great for: hip mobility, hamstring strength, quad strength, lower back mobiity.
11am-12pm: All levels lyrical ages 7-97
- Lyrical is all about finding fluidity and emotion within movement. Warmup, do basic technical moves and learn a routine.
12pm-1pm: All levels Dance Acro ages 6-18
- Have a goal? Bring it and work it out on the mat! Group warmup and headstand instruction, then individual movements across the mats.
