*We offer a 10% sibling discount. The sibling with the most hours per week will be charged the full tuition. The discount will apply to the sibling with the least hours per week.
**All promotional tuition offers will remain in effect for the entirety of the 2025-26 season (Aug-May) unless a class is canceled or paused. If a class is canceled or paused, the tuition offer on date of return will go into effect when the class is reinstated.

Tuition is automatically charged each month. When setting up your account, please add a valid credit card that we can keep on file.
Tuition is a flat monthly rate based on an average across our 10-month dance season. This rate already accounts for:
Holidays & studio closures
Short and long months
The end-of-year recital
Tuition remains the same regardless of how many classes fall in a given month.
We only pro-rate tuition for students who begin mid-month.
Tuition is non-refundable and non-transferable.
Tuition is processed during the first week of each month
You will receive an email notification each time a payment is processed
If a payment fails, you’ll receive an email with instructions to update your payment method through your portal account
Contact our office before your first payment is due.
If an account has an unpaid balance on the 16th of the month, a late fee of 10% will be applied to the overdue amount. This fee will be charged monthly until the balance is paid in full.
To avoid late fees, please reach out to arrange a payment plan in advance.
We do not offer tuition discounts for absences or missed classes.
If your dancer will be absent, please notify us by email.
Make-up classes are encouraged and can be scheduled through your portal account.

To withdraw from a class, email your drop request to info@crescendodance.com.
Drop requests must be received before the 1st of the month to avoid being charged for the upcoming month.
If we do not receive written notice via email, we will assume your dancer is continuing in the class and full tuition will be charged.
