Conflict Resolution System

We’ve created this Conflict Resolution System to help teach, instill and promote healthy relationships between everyone at CDA. If you find yourself or your child in conflict with another student, a teacher or a member of the admin staff please follow the steps outlined below.

Student-student conflict:

  • Step 1- Fill out the conflict resolution form
  • Step 2- students address the issue on their own
    • Parents are informed however, the goal is for the students to work it out on their own
  • Escalation to step 3 – teacher or admin steps in to help out.
  • Escalation to Step 4 – parents of each student is notified and a game plan is discussed with each parent/child individually then we bring everyone in to work it out.
